What personal information do we collect?
We collect only the personal information that we need for the purposes of providing services to our clients, including personal information needed to deliver requested products and services.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell, share or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of Dust N Shine, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
With your consent, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time by using the unsubscribe link attached to our promotional emails.
We normally collect client personal information directly from our clients.
We inform our clients, before or at the time of collecting personal information, of the purposes for which we are collecting the information. The only time we don’t provide this notification is when a client volunteers information for an obvious purpose; for example, using a credit card to pay an invoice or filling in a contact form on our site.
How do we safeguard personal information?

We rely on customers to notify us if there is a change to their personal information that may affect their relationship with Dust N Shine. If you are aware of an error in our information about you, please let us know and we will correct it on request wherever possible. In some cases, we may ask for a written request for confirmation.

We retain personal information only as long as is reasonable to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected or for legal or business purposes.

We do not automatically gather any personal information from you, such as your name, phone number, email, or address. This information is only obtained if you supply it voluntarily, usually through contacting us via email or registering in a secure portion of the site (contact forms). By choosing to provide us with your Personal Information, you are consenting to its use in accordance with the principles outlined in this Privacy Policy and as outlines at the time you are asked to provide any Personal Information.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job have access to personal information.
Email transmission and messages sent via the internet can be accessed by other internet users. If you wish to keep certain information confidential such as Credit Card info or Alarm Codes you may contact us by phone or in person.

This site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and interception by third parties. Dust N Shine Cleaning Services assumes no liability for interception, alteration or misuse of information transmitted over the internet.
