Do you do in home estimates on cleaning services?

 We do not do in home estimates. If you want a quote on cleaning services for your space, please fill out our contact form. We guarantee to respond within 2 business days to your request, and will provide a quote for your needs based on that information. 

Do your staff members go through a background check? And are they trained on standard cleaning methods?

Every staff member must complete a criminal record check during our hiring process. They receive thorough training on our procedures and are WHMIS Certified.

Should I be home when the cleaning team is in my house?

You are not required to be in your home when the cleaning team is there. Once we book a cleaning service, we will establish a secure way to enter the home and ensure that we leave your home secure when we leave.

How do you ensure your staff members are adhering to basic COVID procedures?

 All staff members are fully vaccinated and are encouraged to do a self assessment before they start work. If a staff member is feeling unwell, we ask they stay home. In terms of COVID safe cleaning practices; all staff wear masks and gloves, and use high grade disinfectant on high touch areas in your home.

What payment methods do you accept?

What do you mean when you say you use green cleaning products?

We use products that are environmentally friendly. 

That means the products we use are safe for the environment as they aren’t made using toxic chemicals that can harm our waterways, but also don’t create toxic fumes. They are the safest products for use around people with respiratory illnesses.
